To Return:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n Ensure the tags are still on and there are no signs of wear or usage e.g. makeup marks, fake tan marks, perfume\/ smells, signs of it being washed – we want them back good as new. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.<\/span><\/strong> Use the returns slip to state which item(s) you wish to return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.<\/strong><\/span> Package the parcel up and use the return address stated on the invoice. Be sure to include the invoice in the parcel. NOTE:<\/strong><\/span> Returns must be covered at your own cost. Returns are not prepaid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.<\/strong> <\/span>Please obtain hold of your \u2018Proof of postage\u2019 (the receipt) in case the parcel was to be lost in the mail. This will ensure that you are entitled to a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n NOTE<\/strong><\/span>: Items that have signs of wear\/ usage will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
