Returns & Refunds Policy

Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase (3 weeks). 

We are sad to hear you wasn’t fully satisfied with your item/order.

To Return:

Ensure the tags are still on and there are no signs of wear or usage e.g. makeup marks, fake tan marks, perfume/ smells, signs of it being washed – we want them back good as new. 

1. Use the returns slip to state which item(s) you wish to return.

2. Package the parcel up and use the return address stated on the invoice. Be sure to include the invoice in the parcel. NOTE: Returns must be covered at your own cost. Returns are not prepaid.

3. Please obtain hold of your ‘Proof of postage’ (the receipt) in case the parcel was to be lost in the mail. This will ensure that you are entitled to a full refund.

NOTE: Items that have signs of wear/ usage will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund. In this case, your refund will be refused and the item/s will be sent back to you. 

We want the items back good as new so they can go to a new home. 

Exchanges?

Exchanges are not part of our Returns & Refunds policy. You will need to return your item(s) and place a new order, we’re sorry for any inconvinence. 

Faulty Item?

We are extremely sorry if you’ve received a faulty item. Please contact hello@thefaystudios.co.uk with 1. Your order number, 2. A picture of the faulty item so we can resolve this for you, thank you.
