NOTE: We cannot dispatch orders on Saturdays and Sundays. If you place an order Friday evening, your order will be packaged and dispatched the following Monday.
What if I receive the wrong item/ size?
If you received the wrong item/ size, please contact hello@thefaystudios.co.uk and include: Your name, your order number, the product you ordered (name/ size) then the product you received (name/ size). We will be happy to sort this for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you make a purchase we immediately start processing your order, therefore we will not be able to cancel or alter your order. You will need to place another order then return any unwanted items.
